For the last time (take #2), it seems that you have no idea about
my reasons. Dependecies prooved to be a bad thing by nature.
Adding one only for ErrorStack is not a good idea. Asking people to
have to check now for a PEAR version _and_ an ErrorStack version
neither.
The Greg's idea about putting a single phar archive in PHP release
is nice (from a user point of view) but does not solve the QA
problems of managing the dependencies before any PEAR release.
How hard is it to understand???
And no, the actual code base has _nothing_ to do with my
oppositions. Period.
