I am not aware of anything in PEAR 1.4 to protect us from accidentatly BC breaking releases in dependencies. Anyways .. please do not take these topics into a direction of a pissing contest. I do not question your intentions or level of competence. I simply reply to your arguments which are getting less and less, being replaced my personal attacks. Anyways .. its time we cool down.
