For me it does make sense to unbundle it, when the maintainer conciders this necessary.Above are the two most expedient sentences in this whole thread: At the end of the day it is Greg's decision what to do with his code -- he wrote PEAR_ErrorStack, he wrote most parts of PEAR 1.4 and all parts of it that make use of PEAR_ErrorStack, and thus he is the guy with the power of decision. If he as the the lead maintainer thinks that his way is the way to go, then this is fine. No matter how much people turn themselves upside down in defending their position. Let's start behaving like Real Men again.
