Same here, but usually you will find translations of the licences in
many langages on their respective sites (maybe not in
"schwitzertutch";).
As a final word, the licences faq contains everything about licences and
PEAR. We will not consider "ethic" considerations like that, which need
, afaik, a specific licence (and more headache ;).
