This is important for two things:
1. With the new rules, your vote will not count unless you are a
developer.
Which brings us to the next point:
2. If you haven't released any packages, nor written any documentation
for existing packages, I'd say start committing and stop complaining.
While we were having this discussion, I was working on XML_Serializer,
docs for XML_RDDL and fixed some other documentation of packages that I
haven't developed myself.
And then you are coming along telling me that someday I will realize
that docs are important...
