I didn't write that post in order to complain.
I was just pointing out the fact that the lack of documentations
often lead end users to miss the interest of great packages. I
have a few personnal projects I have to maintain and write the
documentation for so I'm not gonna contribute to PEAR at the
moment, but I just wanted to mention what I've seen among my
co-workers.
