Hey chief, I've got a PEAR account, and I've requested CVS access to BBCode, maybe you didn't read that the three times are so that I said it. So I've wanted to commit, but no one's made any effort to reply. As long as that happens its kind of unfair to attack me about it.
Anyhow this is dropped, obviously advice is not welcomed here, so I'll forget ever giving it.

Hi,Is it important? This is important for two things: 1. With the new rules, your vote will not count unless you are a developer. Which brings us to the next point: 2. If you haven't released any packages, nor written any documentation for existing packages, I'd say start committing and stop complaining. While we were having this discussion, I was working on XML_Serializer, docs for XML_RDDL and fixed some other documentation of packages that I haven't developed myself. And then you are coming along telling me that someday I will realize that docs are important... Stephan
