Hum... phpEdit is a free and open source (QPL license) php editor, see
http://www.phpedit.com. I used it a lot, but missed a CVS
integration plugin,
so i am changed to eclipse IDE from IBM , with a php plugin. But i will
jump back as soon as they get a working cvs integration plugin working.
phpEd, from nusphere is the $300 one.
