That's funny, I too was thinking about asking if we should extend the
proposal time frame. A week for review and a week for voting is just too
fast for proper deliberation and planning.
Earlier discussions also prposed the ability to change one's votes. We
should build that into PEPr. Hopefully Toby can do that when he gets
back. I'm pretty busy with things now.
