Woops, I put 5.4.26 in the proposal description. I've changed that to 5.4.25.
Also, I fixed a couple of bugs in the vpopmaild program that have not been released, so you'd need to grab the source from checkout if you did want to test it. I should clarify that as well.
I will release 5.4.26 as a dev release soon.
