good morning!
i am still fascinated by the pear installer thing ;) i just tried to go for
the gui installer and was heading for upgrading PEAR. so i did...
C:\php>pear upgrade PEAR
PEAR not installed
C:\php>pear config-show

failed to create c:\php\/\pear
... the installation failed on PEAR while others (XML_Tree etc.) worked
fine.
any ideas?
