The To: issue is fixed.
CC is broken though - when using newline, instead of \r\n, as in bug:
http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=5484
You *have* to use \r\n on win32. It was always this way, in
the meantime it has been documented too.
OK - what should be done with these bugs? Leave them, or update "from release x,
\r\n is a requirement on win32, so this bug is actually bogus".
Done further testing and can't really find anything else.
Even To:\r\n in extra headers, strips the original to.
Maybe a minor issue: NULL arguments are accepted for to and subject, while strictly
speaking they should return an error, as the arguments are not optional, according to
the documentation. This may however be a convenience as well - depends on your
point of view. It will send correctly, when using:
mail(NULL, $subject, $body, 'Bcc: Somebody <somebody@com.com>');
Anything specific you want tested?
