I don't think so. Admitted, there is a BC gap if people
suddenly change to 4.3.0. But win32/mail was unstable as hell
in every release, so I don't consider this really valid
argument. Those interested in compatbility between releases
should have used externel classes (== common dominator).
I simply don't consider this being worth the trouble, aiming
for a consistent win32/mail in 4.3 as good as we can get it
with the current resources.
