Don't forget that we have different scales of development staff in the real
world and dreamweaver is a tool used by many people already. If we want php
to spread then support for php in 'standard' tools would go a LONG way to
increasing this

Why on earth would someone need a php plugin? Why on earth, for that matter
would someone need Dreamweaver? Its not like this stuff is that hard. If you
can't manage your php and db content without some 3rd party wysiwyg youre in
the wrong racket.
