Which particular 'mysql ones'? Do you need ext/mysql, ext/mysqli or ext/pdo_mysql? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Madeleine D." <chezmmd@yahoo.com> To: "Elizabeth Smith" <emsmith@elizabethmariesmith.com> Cc: "PHP-GTK dev" <php-gtk-dev@lists.php.net> Sent: Friday, June 15, 2007 5:43 PM Subject: Re: [PHP-GTK-DEV] Beta: Call for testing
I think the general list came up with a list of extensions needed about a year ago, but I can rehash the make or break ones for us: php_printer php_pdf And now, with PHP5, we need the mysql ones as well. Madeleine D. Elizabeth Smith wrote:

23rd August would be PHP 5.1.6. It sounds like that 5_2 relative include bug's
hurting you
(http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=41193). Does that
make sense - do you
use __autoload() or MVC alongside relative paths? (If so would you care to add your voice to that
report?)
That means 5.1.6 is actually the last version we
can be 100%
confident about for win98 users. The bug's not
fixed in 5.2.3 and
YMMV with PHP CLI after 5.2.1 anyway. Unfortunately the 5.1.6 binary is also missing from
the vaults:
http://devzone.zend.com/article/2163-Zend-Weekly-Summaries-Issue-340#Heading6
although the source is available there. Not sure what to advise you at this point :-(
I can roll a new win95/98 non-zts 5.1.6 and build
php-gtk2 against it
- I'm building php specially for php-gtk2 anyway
because we need a
static gd until someone figures out how to get it
loading right so
gdkpixbuf::new_from_gd works with shared gd man that path bug is nasty, adding absolute paths
does make a
difference, I just compared the demo against my own
code that uses
absolute paths - ouch... (must blog about that
sometime...)
Caveat - you'll have to tell me the extensions you
need since you
can't get it in the vault, including any pecl ones
(that still build
against 5.1.6 and aren't available on pecl4win)
