Breaking binary compatibility means we have to change all API numbers.
This also means that 4.3.2 will not be binary compatible with 4.3.0 and
4.3.1 and that any independent module developer knows about that inside of
RC cycle. My understanding of RC is "this is the release, unless we
uncover some devastating bug, which is very unlikely since we are
sure this is the release". Thus, RC1 and RC3 should be binary compatible.
On top of that, I thought people here wanted for 4.3.2 to be binary
compatible with 4.3.[01] - otherwise, why API numbers weren't changed?
