If you attempt to install File_CSV, and it has a required dependency like so: <dep type="pkg" rel="ge" ver="1.0.4">File</dep> it will fail unless File's version is greater than 1.0.4.
I've got File and File_CSV repackaged, but they're untested, although I don't think there's any testing that needs to be done. I decided to call File_CSV version 1.0, although I don't know if that's right, since File/CSV.php is version 1.13 and maybe it should be 1.0.4 like File. What do you think? I've been reorganizing the PEAR packages on my server, so the safest way to find the new packages is to go to http://www.exclupen.com/misc/pear/ and find it from there. Also, I requested PEAR and PHP CVS accounts mid-last week, and haven't heard back yet, in case that's not already on someone's to-do list. Obviously, I don't want to put any more pressure on anyone's already busy schedule, so no rush. -- Marshall Roch
