Having it separate, having it organised. And one File_CSV is
automatically added on every server I guess we might even choose to
drop the dep to File_CSV in some later version (maybe 6 month or so).
Cause then I suspect that everybody will have upgraded his File at
least once and silenty have File_CSV pulled in. That's the trick ...
