But if I find that something is wrong, please allow me to express my opinions.The right to express your opinion - which you of course have - comes with the responsibility to recognize that there are occasionally consequences for expressing your opinion, or in phrasing it in certain ways. In this case, discouraging people like Lukas. You of course have a *right* to speculate on why your package wasn't approved yet - but given that the php.net mail problems mean that people simply hadn't gotten the notification email, your speculation just pisses people off. You have to accept that as the consequence of how you expressed yourself. If you don't want reactions like that, then don't speculate - just ask.
