After a long and steamy debate in #pear, I'd like to change my vote.
I think this should be PEPred - clearly there are a lot of different
opinions.
I think, obviously, methods and functions should be prefixed (or not
prefixed) with the same thing, having two parts to this vote is silly.
1) How should protected components be marked?
