Nononono.
We need only the html_table class and the html_data class.
html_data has the functions like setCellAttributes and setCellContents.
getFooter(), getHeader() and getBody() just return different instances
of this one.
One could leave setCellContents() in the html_table class which just
forward the parameters to getBody->setCellContents. (just for convenience)
