Reminder for the implementation plan from this thread:
- constructor gets a third parameter ($useTGroups = false)
- contents set via setHeaderContents() belong to <thead>
- contents set via setCellContents() belong to <tbody>
- contents set via setFooterContents() [new!] belong to <tfoot>
So I think that setRowType() (for setColType() it does not make much
sense, as only one column of every will be changed) could a get a third
parameter for switching a row between the three groups. In this case the
second parameter (TH/TD) should allow null meaning "do not change".

You're right. It's a little bit more complicated but it makes more sense
because $_structure is more cell and not row related.
