[PEPr] Comment on File Formats::File_Karma

I see this package just like a way to edit avail file, but this will not solve the problem with CVS karma without these steps above. Some additions: - reclined means declined in "cvs_acls" table status; - some sorting algorithm? (I haven't seen the code - zebulon.miester.org is down); - as File_Avail must have direct access to edit "avail_pear" or "pear_avail" on cvs.php.net server and commit it there must be some abilities to securely communicate with pearweb 1. it needs special CVS PHP account with only cvsroot/avail_pear access 2. password for it should be configured and stored in secured place 3. it needs shell access to execute CVS to commit the file (to tell the truth I have some sources for Net_CVS package, but it will not be on PEAR, because it has stripped functionality and I don't have enough time/resources to make it pass "friendly advices and corrections" stage) =) Proposal information: http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=279 -- Sent by PEPr, the automatic proposal system at http://pear.php.net
