Do we have volunteers for forum-administration? I think we would need
at least two imho for each language. We've already talked about that
maybe a forum on the official PEAR-website with per-language-forums
could function as a replacement for "branch-off"-projects like pear-
forum.de. The users would imho greatly benefit.
However, since there is already so much work on packages, docs etc.
to do I wonder if it's worth to even dedicate people to "fulltime"
forum-administration.
And keep in mind: It won't make things easier if devs have to read in
several mailinglists *and* a forum to keep track. So maybe a
webinterface to the mailinglists would be a more complete solution? I
know there are mailinglist-archives around. But it might be easier
for new people to read the discussions when it's available on
pear.php.net, in PEAR-layout etc.
