Ok.
First, are you behind a proxy ? a proxy requiring authentication ?
Since you run 4.3.2, did you launch the go-pear.bat script ?
If so it asks the questions and all you have to do is answer them. Things
should run fine under XP, there are problems under NT.
After that you should just need to type pear if the directory where pear.bat
lives is in your path.
If it does not work can you provide us with the output from the go-pear.bat
script.
