I previously reported a crash in go-pear.php at the call of
win32DetectPHPSAPI. I installed xdebug, as advised, and ran it again,
getting a further crash. I got no xdebug output, and couldn't find how to
specify the output log for it(?), so I put in more print statements, as
shown below. It crashes on the call to 'exec'. Before this call, $php_bin is
reported correctly as 'G:\php\php.exe'.
My command line is
G:\php> cli\php -n -d output_buffering=0 PEAR\go-pear.php
as derived from go-pear.bat. I don't use go-pear.bat directly, because it
reports environment overflow when setting the environment variables.
