Okay. I was greedy I guess to ask for downward compatibility. :-)
Please do guide me accordingly towards installing/ downloads of the PECL
extensions. Cannot I install the zipped contents into a folder and register
the folder to get the extension running directly without a ".dll" extension
in Win7. I will be glad to try the same, if its possible. I will also try
and download the VC++ Compilers, if thats the only option.
