FYI, I didn't have to put my php.ini file in any particular dir. It
resides in my D:\php4 dir as does the .exe file. I don't run IIS, but I do
connect to Oracle [7.3.4, 8.0.5, and 8.1.x] via OCI8 with no problem. This
is the php4win version 200000801, FYI...
