Oddly enough when using Apache and PHP as CGI i can put the .ini in the \php
directory
If using IIS as CGI i have to put it in the c:\winnt directory.
This may meen that it is required to be in the Path?

i mentioned above that if your're using cgi you'll have to put it into the
dirctory where the interpreter (exe) i stored :)
