Perhaps we could each work up some ideas on what we think the QA team could, should and must do. This should help ensure that we (all 3 or 5 of us :) are working towards the same goals. Once we have a more concrete idea of what we want to do, then we could present it to the developers for feedback. Any thoughts? What you just said sounds great.
Could the appropriate person set up the PHP-QA list? (Please and Thank You :) I will start work on the idea list tonight. Could everyone who is interested in participating give a quick emailed show of hands? Hopefully the QA list will be up soon so that we can stop polluting the DEV list :)
The PHP developers (well, at least those I know personally) are very busy these days, and I personally wish I could dedicate more time to QA issues, but it'd be tough to find yet another chunk of time.
