Even I feel that it makes sense to have this on all mirrors. We can do a
lot of things other than just mirror redirection with an ip-to-country
db - The events from his country would come on top - the download links
from his country would come on top etc. Its only going to help improve
the browsing experience. Also, there is absolutely no disadvantages of
having this on all mirrors. So there is no reason as to why we should
not implement it all across the board.
