More thought on the same:
* The first & last line should contain a fixed string. This will ensure
that this is the db - and - that this updated db has been completely
downloaded i.e. it is not a partial copy.
First Line: #Directi IP-to-Country Db: Start
Last Line: #Directi IP-to-Country Db: End
I will put this up as soon as I get a confirmation for it.
