Hm. Does PEAR have any procedure to revoke the package lead developer status?
If not, I suppose it is time to invent one.
'Cause here we have a person, who is named "lead developer", yet have done
nothing to actually develop and is now clearly saying that he will not allow
outside contributions from persons whom he does not like.
I am well aware that I am not the best person to communicate to, but I at
least have some work done and want to present it to the community.
