HTML_QuickForm is being actively maintained, unlike IT.
Besides, Richard, you have several of my patches applied to the classes you
maintain. When I proposed them to you, you reviewed them and gave you
opinion. That's fine with me even if you didn't include them at last: you
gave sufficient reasons.
When I proposed _merging_ my changes into IT[X] some months ago,
Pierre-Alain didn't even bother to look at them. Thus the fork now.
