Well, we all know that this is a blip from long, long ago (just think: DB_Error). We of course won't allow things like that anymore. But what do you want us to do since we must maintain BC? ;) As someone pointed out, HTML_Template_IT is older than the current PEAR package. It was there well before I came to PEAR in 2002. In fact, it was in PEAR before PEAR had an installer - when PEAR was just a package collection that was included in the PHP install :) Klaus
