Back then changes were made after short discussions on IRC. Anyways we should try and fix as many such issues as possible without breaking BC. Also we should try and mark such issues in the code with comments, so that we dont have to do these discussions all the time and its easier to differntiate old and new regulation violations. regards, Lukas
