Yes, but it's a tgz. If you could put up the source files for direct
viewing it makes things easier. Just put the directory up on your
webserver, make sure that indexes are allowed and make the viewed as
source. An htaccess with this should do it:
Options Indexes
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .php
