We (silverorange) did some early mockups of pear.php.net and some early
site re-org work. You can see it at
https://code.silverorange.com/wiki/PEARWeb.
We never got past early mockups because we ran out of free time :). I
did use the mockups as inspiration for the current package browser page:
http://pear.php.net/packages.php.
At this point, I can say silverorange are not in charge of the task of
pear.php.net's redesign. I can continute contribute feedback, but I
can't do the majority of the work.
