I don't. This was a decsion made by Ulf and Kristian at the start of the
year -- other folks keep bringing it up.
At some later date, once phplib is more php4 friendly and PEAR has evolved
and matured a bit a more, a natural union make take place; however I don't
see that happening anytime soon. It would be to the detriment of both
groups if a import were to happen at this moment.
