The PEAR code under the php4 distribution (/php4/pear) I think have to
be licensed under PHP-2.02. But the code under the /pear repository can
be any other open source license. In the future, all Pear classes will
be move off the php4/pear (only will stay the PEAR.php and the
installer), so I see no problem here.
