Templates -> PEAR/IT[X] - PHPLib-compatible
Auth -> PEAR/Auth ( seems to be still in in developing, ask Martin Jansen for
design goals)
DB -> PEAR/DB, not compatible to PHPLIB-DB, but somebody writes a PEAR-DB
container for PHPLib.
