No, at least most of us (including myself) never have been against
integrating parts (Perm, OOH_Forms as examples) in PEAR.

Ahh, now we are on the same road again. I was somehow afraid, you
PHPLIB guys were again plaining to move over to PEAR with your
whole stuff :-).
