I agree now that websites should not be allowed. Goba also brought up
the point that we should discourage emailing individual editors about
issues, which I agree with too. Maybe we could link to people's email
(i.e. @php.net emails), but put a warning to people asking them not to
email individual people about manual issues, etc..
