good notes should get integrated into the manual and translated that way.
That said, there are some adhoc notes that discuss perhaps a varation of a
concept on the manual page that would not quite fit in... in that instance I
recommend the possibility of integrating it at the end of the manpage,
similar to:
"one comment to this manual page suggests that...."
