cd into the phpdoc dir
cvs co phpdoc-he-dir
./configure --with-lang=he
make phpweb_xsl
it will probably throw out the errors
cd to "he", there iconv the two entity files to UTF8,
from whatever encoding they use (I hope iconv supports
it ;), and then modify the xml encoding name at the top.
cd ..
make phpweb_xsl again
If you are right, it should work this time :)
