This it NOT true. PHP works fine on Windows with IIS (and Apache). We have been using PHP for more
than 3 years and we have more that 250 installations running our applications build on PHP3 that is
more than 100.000 users !
PHP3 and PHP4 are stable on Windows. The ISAPI module can be unstable when using non thread safe
modules.
With PHP you can do thinks you cant do with ASP, Native database access to MS SQL server just to
mention one!
