You know whats funny. I found it way easier to get php to work on my windowsnt4 station than getting it to work on my linux apache station. I can't say what is better, since I only use the windows setup when I am away from my linux box. But I can develop just fine on the nt box then just copy the php files over to my linux box. > Do I dare start defending Windows? ;) > > For what we do, PHP is generally a better language than VBScript - > and I was promoting the portability of PHP as a good thing, because > we potentially have more places our stuff will work. > > Is linux a 'better' OS than Windows?
