Note to all, as you won't otherwise be aware of it: Christian has been busy
behind the scenes. He troubleshooted and fixed the manual build system
(breakage caused by xsltproc changes) and started adding new material to the
docs already. It would be wonderful to see everyone who can do so backing
him up in his efforts!
