I do agree that ITMod may not be the best name for package. But my opinion is
that its name should clearly indicate that it is not Yet Another Template
Engine, but a package which is API- and behaviour-compatible with
HTML_Template_IT[X] (after all, it has unit tests included that can prove
it), but goes further than the original IT[X]. Thus I don't like
HTML_Template_AB, even though it includes my initials.
Possible names (i assume the HTML_Template_ prefix):
ITMod (which you are against)
IT2 (which, I guess lots of people will be against...)
ITFork (guess not...)
AIT (another...)
YAIT (yet another...)
ITCache (proposed by someone on this list to highlight *the* major addition)
PostIT (sounds pretty silly)
ITNext
IT2003 (just kidding)
ITPlus
Other ideas are most welcome...
