RFC Nested Set manipulation class

Hello, I have announced this package and asked for comments some weeks ago. At this time there was very low traffic on this list and so I retry the announce now. If there are no comments this time it's really no problem and I will asume that there is simply no common interest in this package. The package helps with manipulating nested sets. It also allows to move and copy trees and subtrees and it implements a callback mechanism to call other methods on node move, delete, etc..
